The Vitamins I Take (So I Can Live Forever… and Look Good Doing It)

I take a lot of vitamins. Like, “fistful of pills in one giant gulp” levels of commitment. And yes, I know how that sounds.

It started years ago when I had a comprehensive physical at The Cooper Clinic for my 40th birthday and found out I was Vitamin D deficient (spoiler: most people are). From there, I spiraled into full-on vitamin nut territory—adding one here, one there, some recommended by doctors, some by friends and some by random people on the internet who seemed convincing at the time—until now I have TWO “day of the week” pill organizers that I fill every other Sunday like a responsible 85-year-old woman named Mildred.

I mostly take mine at night so if anything weird happens, I sleep through it. And since starting GLP-1s, I’ve gotten even more diligent about making sure I’m getting nutrients—because when you’re only eating like 900 calories a day, you better make sure they’re not all from tortilla chips and Sav Blanc.

So why do I do it? Because I want to feel good. I want energy. I want better focus. I want to be healthy enough to enjoy this next phase of life and not just survive it.

Also, I want to live forever… and look good doing it. Ideally with great skin, decent muscle tone and enough collagen to convince people I’m still in my 30s.

What’s in the Cocktail?
Here’s everything I take, complete with links so you too can build a better body with the help of science, Amazon and a little bit of delusion:

Important Note: I am not a doctor. I don’t even play one on TV. This is just what works for me. Please talk to your actual doctor before copying me—especially if you’re on other meds, pregnant, nursing or prone to believing wellness influencers who also sell essential oils.

Let me know what supplements you swear by—or what you tried once and immediately regretted. I’m always collecting stories (and potentially new pills).
